Mark Ziller
President & CEO
Mark is an entrepreneur who has spent 20 years in the veterinary industry. He also founded TW Medical Veterinary Supply, a full-line distributor of veterinary pharmaceuticals and equipment. Mark spent seven years as the Division President of Animal Health International (previously Lextron), where he ran a $100 million division of a leading animal health distributor. He also served seven years on the board of the American Veterinary Distributors Association (AVDA), and was a founding board member of the American Association of Veterinary Blood Banks (AAVBB).

Paul Covill
Executive Vice President
Paul started working in the veterinary industry in 1993 as a veterinary technician where he both worked in and and managed a veterinary clinic. He joined TW Medical Veterinary Supply in 1998, first as an Inside Sales Representative and later assuming roles of increasing responsibility in operations, sales management and ultimately as Vice President. After the sale of the business to Lextron/Animal Health International, Paul continued in high level positions as Director of Business Development & National Accounts, and as head of a $20 million Hawaii division that sold both veterinary and OTC pet products.

Andrea Sharma
CFO
Andrea is a corporate finance executive with over 20 years of experience building, leading, and advising publicly traded and privately-held, high-growth corporations. Andrea has worked in the healthcare and high tech industries, has an MBA from UC Berkeley and is a CPA. Andrea is based in the Texas office.

Karen Parker, DVM
Director of Marketing
A graduate of Cornell University and Tufts University, Karen practiced small animal medicine for 10 years and managed a veterinary practice. She has more than 10 years of content marketing and digital marketing experience, most recently as Director of Operations for IntelliBright, a digital marketing agency. Karen is the author of two AAHA Press books and of numerous business management and animal health articles.

Steven Golla, DVM
Area Director
Dr. Golla is the founder of Chisholm Trail Veterinary Hospitals. He serves on the Executive Board of the Texas Veterinary Medical Association and is the past Chairman of the Lockhart Chamber of Commerce.
Stephen Tracey
Regional Business Manager
Stephen has worked in a variety of operational roles in veterinary medicine his entire career in private, corporate, and consulting roles, including serving as a Regional Operations Manager for Vetcor. He is also a founding and board member of the New Jersey Veterinary Hospital Managers Association.
Peter Verrill, MBA
Regional Business Manager
Peter has over a decade of experience in business operations and consulting in the U.S. and Mexico, including as a senior associate at PriceWaterHouse Coopers. He brings a strong background in staff development, process improvement and change management. Peter holds an MBA from the University of San Diego.

Mike Bridges, MBA
Regional Business Manager
Mike is an experienced industry veteran with over 23 years of healthcare administration experienced in both veterinary and human medicine. In previous roles, Mike served as Chief Operating Officer of Carolina Veterinary Specialists and LeBauer Healthcare. Mike has an MBA from Duke University.
Elizabeth Gibson
Business Development
Elizabeth has over 18 years of experience in the animal health industry, starting her career in a busy multi-doctor practice and continuing with multiple roles in veterinary distribution. During her tenure with Professional Veterinary Products, she assisted on numerous corporate initiatives including the IMPACT continuing education seminars and the launch of the Vets First Choice home delivery platform. From 2010 - 2015, she worked at TW Medical / Animal Health International in inside sales and national accounts.
